The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

We also provide you with 2 well-being days annually and an extra employer contribution to KiwiSaver. Join our team and support 6 tangata whai within a housing and recovery service. Responsibilities include supporting tangata whai ora to live their best lives; This could involve tasks like assisting with meal preparation and cleaning up. It's all about making a positive difference in their lives while you enjoy the night-time schedule.



  • You will be reporting to the Team Coach.

You | Mōu


  • Hold a current full driver's licence

  • Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one

  • Applicants must hold the Level 4, New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or currently working towards it. Alternatively, you will commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement.

  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti Waitangi
