Accelerate the impact of Health, Safety & Wellbeing in our new Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor role based in Christchurch or Wellington. Your passion for fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace, along with your strong partnering skills, will drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and deliver exceptional wellbeing outcomes for all.
As a trusted expert, you'll work closely with our frontline teams to develop:
A national wellbeing program driven by data and best practice research
Psychosocial risk assessments and interventions
Insights driven reporting across the spectrum of HSW
Collaborate with senior leaders to provide wellbeing support, coaching, education, and leadership in alignment with our organisational strategy
He kōrero mōu | About You
We are looking for someone with:
A post graduate degree in occupational health and safety, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing, ideally with experience in critical risk management, and change
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to positively influence behaviour change and decision-making across a large stakeholder group
Experience delivering and presenting organisational HSW performance reports

Salary $104,238.90- $117,550.66 (placement within this band will be determined by the extent to which candidates meet or exceed the relevant qualifications and experience requirements).
