Automotive Technician

We are a small and often busy workshop in Tawa that offers WOF, tyres, servicing and general automotive repairs. We are well equipped for most situations, and though most of our work is routine, we will tackle almost anything that comes our way.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Auto Technician who is prepared to work unsupervised at times and produces work of a high standard. The work is varied and consists mainly of WOF checks and repairs, servicing tyres and wheel alignments. We work on all makes and models of vehicles, so there is an opportunity to broaden your horizons if you have been primarily at a franchise.

The position provides the opportunity to interact with the customer and also get involved with pricing repairs, invoicing and sourcing parts. This can be as much or as little as you like, as we understand that this aspect is not for everyone.

Hours are 8.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday. Saturday mornings are available 8-12 on a rostered basis if you want it
