Criteria for Nomination
Open to local businesses or organisations defined as businesses based in the area between Wellington’s northern boundary with Porirua City and the southern end of Grenada North, and Takapu Road to the east and the western hills of Tawa.
The employer’s candidate will be an employee who has demonstrated an ongoing sense of pride in their daily work that puts them on an excellent standing with their employers; and/or their work colleagues; and/or the general public who they serve. This employee will exceed the employer’s expectations in their role and they will have gone beyond normal employment expectations, achieving excellent outcomes.
